PURPOSE: This rule ensures that an applicant for licensure by comity meets the equivalent requirement for licensure in Missouri. and Professional Landscape Architects
- (1) Any person applying for licensure as a professional landscape architect under section 327.381, RSMo, who was licensed in another state, territory, or possession of the United States or in another country and has a degree in landscape architecture from an accredited school of landscape architecture, or who possesses an education which in the opinion of the board equals or exceeds the education received by a graduate of an accredited school, and who has acquired at least three
- (3) years of satisfactory landscape architectural experience and has taken and passed all sections of the landscape architectural registration examination administered by the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB) may apply for licensure by comity.
