PURPOSE: This rule clarifies the identity of the client and entity preparing and sealing all architectural, engineering, land surveying, and/or landscape architectural documents.

1. (1) An architectural, engineering, land surveying, or landscape architectural entity shall incorporate a title block on all drawings, exhibits, plans, plats, maps, and surveys that are required to be signed and sealed by Chapter 327, RSMo, and these regulations. Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Professional Landscape Architects

2. (2) The title block must, at a minimum, contain the following information:

   1. (A) The name of the licensee either as a sole proprietor, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or other appropriate entity;
   2. (B) The licensee’s address and phone number;
   3. (C) Name or identification of project;
   4. (D) Address/location of project (city/county and state);
   5. (E) Date prepared;
   6. (F) Space for the licensee’s signature, date, and seal;
   7. (G) The printed name, discipline, and license number of the person sealing the document; and
   8. (H) The printed name, discipline, and certificate of authority number of the corporation as defined in section 327.011, RSMo.
