PURPOSE: This rule provides the recipient and producer of professional architectural, engineering, and/or landscape architectural services assurances that all services are evaluated in accordance with the 2012 edition of the International Building Code.

1. (1) For building design, the board shall use, in the absence of any local building code, the 2015 edition of the International Building Code, as the evaluation criteria in determining the appropriate conduct for any professional licensed or regulated by this chapter and being evaluated under section 327.441.2(5), RSMo.
