PURPOSE: This rule prescribes the time frame for filing documentation on restored or reestablished corners.

Every surveyor who reestablishes a lost corner or restores an existent corner shall monument the corner, and shall file an approved document with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Land Survey Program. This document must be filed no later than ninety (90) days after the date of field work.
