PURPOSE: This rule provides a definition of the phrase “final year Representative Semester Course Titles Hours Surveying I, Surveying II, Land 9 Surveying, Fundamentals of Surveying, Advanced Surveying, Surveying Calculations Legal Principles of Surveying, 6 Missouri Surveying Law, Legal Principles and Boundary Control, Legal Aspects of Surveying, United States Public Land Surveying System (UPLSS) of study” as that phrase is used in section 327.241.4, RSMo.

As used in section 327.241.4, RSMo, the board considers the phrase “final year of study” to be referring to those students who hold senior status in an engineering program which is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.
