PURPOSE: This rule provides a clear definition of the words baccalaureate degree from an approved curriculum as those words are used in section 327.312.1(1), RSMo.

1. (1) The approved curriculum for a baccalaureate degree as it applies to admission to the land surveyor-in-training program shall be deemed acceptable if the candidate holding the degree has achieved all of the credits in college level courses in accordance with the following table:

1. (2) Correspondence course work will be considered as college level courses only if they have been accepted for credit toward a degree by an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)-approved curriculum.
