PURPOSE: This rule fixes the compensation for the members of the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Professional Landscape Architects in compliance with the mandates of section 327.051.4., RSMo.

1. (1) Each member of the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Professional Landscape Architects is authorized to receive as compensation the sum of seventy-five dollars ($75) for each day that the member devotes to the affairs of the board.
2. (2) In addition to compensation fixed, each member is entitled to reimbursement of his/her expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of his/her official duties.
3. (3) Requests for the compensation provided may be processed for payment only when sufficient funds are available for that purpose within the appropriations for this board.
