PURPOSE: This rule establishes acceptablemethodsofeliminatingAme,- ican foulbrood disease from the apiary.
(1) The elimination of American foulbrood disease must be accomplished prior to certification. Colonies infected shall he placed under quarantine and shall not be moved until the disease has been eradicated. In severe cases the entire apiary may be placed under quarantine.
(A) If any apiary, appliances, structures, buildings or bees are found to be infected with American foulbrood, the owner shall eradicate the disease in one (1) of the ways listed as follows:
