PURPOSE: Gives the director the authority after inquiry and opportunity for hearing the ability to revoke, suspend, or modify a cultivation and production facility license.

1. (1) The director, after inquiry, and after opportunity for a hearing, may revoke, sus- 2 CSR 70-14

pend, or modify a cultivation and production facility license issued under the act, if he/she finds the holder of the license or any board member, officer, manager, or employee has violated any provision of the act or any regulation issued thereunder, or has been finally adjudicated and found guilty, or entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, in a criminal prosecution under the laws of any state or the United States, for any offense reasonably related to the qualifications, functions, or duties of the licensee regulated under this act, for any offense an essential element of which is fraud, dishonesty, or an act of violence, or for any offense involving moral turpitude, whether or not sentence is imposed.
