PURPOSE: Identifies the requirements for security measures, reportable events, and records to be maintained.
(1) Cultivation and production facilities and cannabidiol oil care centers shall have an adequate alarm and video surveillance security systems, each designed to operate during power outages to prevent and detect diversion, theft, or loss of hemp or hemp extract which shall, at a minimum, include:
(A) Alarm system—

(2) Reportable events.
(A) The cultivation and production facility and cannabidiol oil care centers shall—
enforcement official and the director within twenty-four (24) hours of discovering any alarm activation, inventory discrepancies, diversion, theft, or loss of any hemp or hemp extract, or of any loss or unauthorized alteration of records related to hemp, hemp extract, and/or registrants. Notification shall include the submission of a signed statement which details location and contact information, circumstances of the event, an accurate inventory of the quantity, variety, and lot numbers of hemp or quantity and batch numbers of hemp extract involved; and

(3) Records.
