PURPOSE: Establishes the requirements for packaging and labeling of hemp and hemp extract.

1. (1) Immediately following harvest, all harvested hemp shall be labeled with the following:

   1. (A) Name of hemp variety;
   2. (B) Date harvested;
   3. (C) Net weight or measure of the net content; and
   4. (D) Assigned lot number.

2. (2) All hemp extract shall be packaged—

   1. (A) In a sealed “child-resistant safety package”;
   2. (B) In a container that is resealable if used for multiple servings; and
   3. (C) In a container that is not designed in any way which makes it attractive to minors.

3. (3) All hemp extract must be labeled with—

   1. (A) Place of origin;
   2. (B) A number that corresponds with a certificate of analysis;
   3. (C) Assigned batch number;
   4. (D) Hemp extract’s ingredients including its percentages of tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol by weight;
   5. (E) A statement, “Keep out of reach of children”, in bold capital letters; and
   6. (F) Net weight or measure of the container’s net content.
