Cultivation and Production Facility License Expiration

PURPOSE: Establishes the license expiration.
- (1) A cultivation and production facility license shall be valid for five (5) years. The license shall expire in the fifth year, on the last day of the month which the license was issued.
- (2) If there are changes in the licensing information previously submitted for licensure, the license holder shall complete an application for a license and submit the required information for license approval within ten
- (10) working days.
