PURPOSE: Outlines reasons for rejection of application and for revocation or suspension of license.

1. (1) An application for a cultivation and production facility license shall be rejected if any of the following conditions are met:

   1. (A) The applicant fails to submit the application materials required by 2 CSR 70- 14.020 and 2 CSR 70-14.030;
   2. (B) The submitted application contains false or misleading information;
   3. (C) The submitted application is incomplete;
   4. (D) The applicant’s facility is not in compliance with local zoning rules;
   5. (E) The applicant ceased cultivation and production of hemp and hemp extract for reasons other than weather related crop failures;
   6. (F) One (1) or more of the non-profit entity’s board members, officers, managers, or employees has been convicted of a disqualifying offense; and
   7. (G) One (1) or more of the non-profit entity’s board members, officers, or managers has served as a board member, officer, or manager for a licensed cultivation and production facility that has had its license revoked or suspended.
