Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 2, § 70-10.010 – Nursery Stock Defined

PURPOSE: This rule defines nursery stock as used in sections 263.010- 263.080, RSMo and the corresponding r&s.

(I) Nursery stock shall be understood to mean all plants having a persistent woody stem, perennials, bulbs, roots, crowns, corms, rhizomes and tubers capable of propagating, including strawberry, asparagusandrhubarb, but excluding seed potatoes and other garden vegetables. Grass sod, stolons and plugs distributed for the purpose of propagation are also included in the term nursery stock.
