Notification of Destruction or Damage to Grain

PURPOSE: This rule establishes the responsibility of a warehouseman to notify the department if all or part of the grain contained in a licensed warehouse is destroyed or damaged.
- (1) If grain contained in a licensed warehouse is destroyed or damaged by any means whatsoever, the warehouseman immediately shall notify the Department of Agriculture, Grain Regulatory Services Program, P.O. Box 630, Jefferson City, MO 65102 or by telephoning the Grain Regulatory Services Program at
