PURPOSE: This rule establishes the responsibility for safe working conditions for employees of the Department of Agriculture.
- (1) It shall be the responsibility of each licensed warehouseman and any unlicensed person requesting services of the Missouri Department of Agriculture to provide safe working conditions for employees of the department. This shall include, but not be limited to, safe ladders, manlifts and catwalks that are the means of entrance and exit to storage units.
