PURPOSE: This rule explains the interpretation made by the department regarding the application of Missouri Grain Warehouse Law as provided in section 411.681, RSMo.
- (1) Provisions of Chapter 411, RSMo apply to that part of the operation of any public or private warehouse operating under the United States Warehouse Act, not specifically referenced in that Act or corresponding regulations.
