Admissions Policy

PURPOSE: This rule lists the guidelines for admissions to the Missouri State Fair.
- (1) Free admission will be provided to regular and hourly employees who receive a payroll check from the Missouri State Fair, also included would be superintendents who are hired to perform specific services during the fair. Not included would be exhibitors, concessionaires, purveyors and other state employees not on the Missouri State Fair payroll.
- (2) Daily admission prices and exhibition information is available by writing to: Missouri State Fair, P.O. Box 111, Sedalia, MO 65302. Missouri residents may call toll free (800) 422-FAIR. Out-of-state callers may call (816) 826-0570. There are no general admission refunds.
- (3) Parking areas for visitors are under police protection and handled by parking attendants. Parking charge information is available by contacting the Missouri State Fair.
- (4) Delivery vehicles are not permitted in restricted areas on the Missouri state fairgrounds between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- (5) Taxis may enter gate 11 and proceed to the unloading area.
- (6) Camping is allowed on the west side of the fairgrounds on Clarendon Road. There is a camping fee per vehicle per day. There are no reservations or refunds for camping.
- (7) No alcoholic beverages may be carried into the fairgrounds.
