PURPOSE: This rule sets forth the conditions under which amendments to the program will be made. (1) Subject to the provisions of the Act and the program, these guidelines may be amended from time-to-time in order to make them conform to the provisions of the Act or the program or to facilitate the purchase of small business loans. (2) To the extent that the Act or the small business development program is amended so that, if applied, it would make the require ments in these guidelines less restrictive, the program guidelines shall be deemed to be amended to incorporate the amended protisions of the Act or the program.
