PURPOSE: This rule sets forth the fee structure for this program.

1. (1) The authority will receive a nonrefundable fifty dollar ($50) application fee submitted with the application. 2 CSR 100-2 m
2. (2) The authority will receive a program participation fee equal to one and one-half percent (1 l/2%) of the amount of the loan, but not less than five hundred dollars (WI) upon loan closing.

3. (3) The lender shall called the participation fee and remit it to the authority at the time of the loan closing. (4J~a;mticipation fee may be financed with
