PURPOSE: This rule sets forth the requirements for the time and manner offiling applications for loans under this program.

1. (1) Any person desiring to participate in this program may apply at any time during the y&W.
2. (2) No application will be submitted for authority consideration until all information required by 2 CSR 100-2.020 has been provided.
3. (3) A complete application must be on file for at least twenty (20) w&ng days prior to the authority meeting at which the application will be considered.
4. (4) The application shall be jointly executed by the applicant and the lender on forms provided by the authority.

5. (5) Three (3) complete copies of the application must be filed by the lender.
