PURPOSE: This rule maintains a list of anabolic steroid products excluded from 19 CSR 30-1.002(1)(C)5. in conformance with federal law.

1. (1) Persons who in the course of legitimate business handle products listed in the Table of Exempt Anabolic Steroid Products in this section shall be exempt from the registration, records, reports, prescriptions, physical security and import and export requirements associated with Schedule III substances.
