Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 19, § 15-8.510
PURPOSE: This rule establishes the procedures for informal review of a decision made by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. (1) The applicant or client/consumer may request informal review in writing to the assistant director of personal care assistance program (PCA). (2) The assistant director of PCA will conduct an informal review within twenty (20) working days from receipt of the applicant’s or client’s/consumer’s request. (3) An applicant or client/consumer client may request a hearing without informal review. (4) If the informal review is not successful, a hearing will be conducted within forty-five (45) days from the applicant or client’s/consumer’s written request for informal review unless both parties agree to a specified time extension. (5) The applicant or client/consumer will be informed of the results of their informal review in writing and the right to a hearing.
