Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 19, § 15-4.120
PURPOSE: This rule requires each area agency receiving federal or state funds to comply with the requirements of Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity programs and to give preference in hiring to persons aged sixty or over.
