Application and Licensing Fee

PURPOSE: The board in order to administer its responsibilities in the area of regulation and licensing of private security personnel, shall establish a schedule of licensing fees.
- (1) From time-to-time the board will establish a schedule of fees for various services provided by the Private Officers Licensing Section. The schedule of fees is posted in the Private Officers Licensing Section office. The board shall have the authority to set a minimum initial application fee reflecting the cost of the initial application process. In the event that the applicant meets all of the qualifications for licensure, the application fee shall be applied toward the total cost of the license, as established by the board.
