Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 16, § 40-3.100 – Recipients of Long-Term Disability Benefits Ineligible for Cost of Living Increases

PURPOSE: This rule establishes the policy that employees receiving long-term disability benefits will not be eligible to receive cost-ofliving increases.
