Notification of Termination of Active Employment

PURPOSE: This rule establishes guidelines for notification to the state retirement system 16 CSR 30-2
by departments of state government for employees going off the state payroll because of termination of active employment.
- (1) The employing department shall give written notice on a form provided by the retirement system when each officer or employee leaves state employment, which notice shall include a statement of the date of the last payroll on which the employee will be paid.
