PURPOSE: This rule states that all hearings will be public and that the parties may attend and be represented by counsel.

All hearings shall be open to the public. Notice of the hearing will be posted prominently in the Office of the Secretary of State, Securities Division, Missouri State Information Center, Room 229, 600 W. Main, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
