PURPOSE: This rule prescribes standards concerning the sale of other securities, for other than cash or at a price different from the public offering price.

Offerings of equity securities shall substantially comply, as determined by the commissioner by order or otherwise, with the North American Securities Administrator’s Association, Inc. Statement of Policy Regarding Promotional Shares as adopted September 3, 1987.
