Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 15, § 30-3.010
PURPOSE: This rule sets out the identification requirements a potential voter must reach before being allowed to vote.
(1) from each major political party, shall be acceptable voter identification upon the completion of an approved affidavit in substantially the following form as included herein:
VOTER’S IDENTIFICATION AFFIDAVIT
Warning: It is against the law for anyone to vote, or attempt to vote, without having a lawful right to vote.
