- (1) Public Law 89-97, 1965 Amendment to the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.A. Section 301), sections 201.151 and 208.153, RSMo, and other pertinent sections of Chapter 208, RSMo require Missouri to provide certain medical services to eligible individuals and further provide that these services may be obtained from any provider who has entered into an agreement for provision of medical services with the Missouri Division of Family Services.
