PURPOSE: This rule explains that the Diuision of Family Services is responsible for licensing foster homes. Terms usedforthispurposearedefined. The& also gives procedures for approual, denial or revocation of a license.
(1) Approval of License.
(B) Upon compliance withlicensinglaw and regulations, the director shall authorize issuance of a license for a term not to exceed two (2) years, subject to renewal on expiration.
