Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 13, § 40-34.070 – Payment to School Districts for Special Education Services for Children in the Custody of the Division of Family Services and Placed in Residential Treatment Facilities

PURPOSE: This rule establishes criteria forpayment to schwl districts which are not the domicile school district for special eduation services provided to children in residential treatment facilities and in Division of Family Services custody. 13 CSR 40-34

(1) The Division of Family Services shall expend general revenue for the cost of special education services provided to children placed by the division in resi+ntial, +atment hctii away from thar dorm& school

(2) School districts shall submit special education services charges to the division no later than October 1 of each year for the preceding school year.
