PURPOSE: This rule establishes the basis upon which payments will be made to fuel suppliers for utility costs incurred by eligible Missouri residents for summer electric utility service and designates the criteria to be used in making these payments.

1. (1) The criteria to be used in making payments are based on the requirements set forth in 13 CSR 40-19.010 Utilicare Program.
2. (2) Applications for summer electric utility service shall be accepted only between November 24, 1980 and December 31, 1980.
3. (3) Payments shall be made in March 1981.
