PURPOSE: This rule requires the area agency to provide information and referral services and describes the requirements for operating information and referral services.

1. (1) The area agency shall provide information and referral services sufficient to ensure that all elderly persons within the planning and service area have reasonably convenient access to information about the services available within their geographic region.
2. (2) The area agency shall comply with divisional standards for information and referral services (see 13 CSR 15-7.050).
