PURPOSE: This rule exempts certain facilities or premises until October 1, 1989 from regulations under Title 13, Division 15 and sets forth standards for such facilities or premises.

1. (1) Any facilities or premises which receive a substantial portion of their funding from federal programs administered by departments of the United States government other than the Department of Health and Human Services and which are owned by the state of Missouri shall not be subject to the standards set out in Title 13, Division 15 of the Code of State Regulations.
2. (2) Any facilities or premises which receive a substantial portion of their funding from federal programs administered by departments of the United States government other than the Department of Health and Human Services and are owned by the state of Missouri shall be held to the standards for such facilities or premises. These standards promulgated by the departments of the United States government shall operate in lieu of those standards set out under Title 13, Division 15 of the
3. (3) This rule will be rescinded effective October 1, 1989.
