PURPOSE: This rule requires that all licensees properly register their business activity as required by other provisions of Missouri law.

1. (1) Every applicant who applies for original licensure or renewal of license pursuant to sections 301.550–301.572, RSMo must be properly registered with the secretary of state as required by Missouri laws.
2. (2) The commission may require, at any time, proof that the business is considered in good standing with the Office of the Secretary of State as required by law.
