PURPOSE: This ruleprovides for notice of hearings.

1. (1) All hearings before the commission shall be held in Jefferson City, Missouri unless otherwise provided in the notice of hearing.
2. (2) Notice of hearing shall be mailed to all interested parties at least ten (IO) days prior to the hearing date.

3. (3) The commission, for good cause shown, may continue any hearing at the request of any interested party or on its own motion.
