Ejection of Patrons

PURPOSE: This rule empowers associations to eject patrons who are interfering with the conduct of the meeting or who interfere with the honesty and integrity of racing. The commission may also order the ejection of patrons or licensees as provided by section 313.560(4).
- (1) An association may eject any patron or licensee from the premises where it is conducting a meeting for conduct which interferes with the conduct of the meeting or calls into question the honesty and integrity of racing.
- (2) Any patron ejected from the grounds of a race track under section (1) shall be denied readmittance to the track unless and until permission for readmittance has been obtained from track management.
- (3) With or without an ejection under section (1), the commission may order ejection and/or exclusion of any person from any parimutuel facility in this state.
