PURPOSE: This rule requires permit holders to withhold payment of purses.

1. (1) Associations shall withhold the payment of all purse monies for forty-eight (48) hours after the running of the respective race or until the commission laboratory has notified the judges that test specimens from the relevant horse have proven to be free of prohibited or foreign substances, as defined in these rules.
