PURPOSE: This rule allows transmission or receiving equipment on an association premises only under supervision of the association director of security.

1. (1) All radios, receivers, transmitters and other transmission or receiving equipment on an association premises of any race track shall be operated, monitored or tape recorded under the supervision of the security director of the association. Instant dismissal and further appropriate action shall be taken by the association for a person transmitting information either in vernacular or code, regarding performances of horses, races, race-results, mutuel odds, pay-off prices or any other pertinent information.
