association also shall install and maintain a suitable system of electric bells for closing its pari-mutuel machines. The bells shall be operated from the judges’ stand by one of the judges. The bells shall be rung simultaneously and immediately upon the ringing of the bells, the sale of pari-mutuel tickets shall stop. Any official or employee violating this rule shall be liable to immediate dismissal.
