PURPOSE: This rule requires the association to maintain ambulances during racing or exercising of horses.

1. (1) Each association shall maintain on the association grounds—

   1. (A) One (1) ambulance with two (2) emergency medical technicians (EMTs) for the track.

      1. 1. The requirements of this subsection

shall apply whenever the track is in operation for racing or exercising; and

1. (B) One (1) ambulance with two (2) EMTs for the grandstands.

   1. 1. The requirements of this subsection

shall apply whenever patrons are allowed to be present in the grandstands.
