Starting Gate

PURPOSE: This rule requires the association to maintain at least two starting gates approved by the commission.
- (1) A starting gate approved by the commission shall be used in starting all races. Each association must maintain at least two (2) operable starting gates during racing hours. The association shall also make at least one
- (1) starting gate, along with adequate personnel, available for schooling for two (2) hours or designated days during training hours, exclusive of nonrace days.
