PURPOSE: This rule requires the association to furnish video tape recording equipment.

1. (I) Every association shall furnish for each race a complete video tape recording of the race. The equipment and tape must be of a reliability and quality approved by the commission and capable of replay within one

2. (1) minute after the end of any race. The association shall safeguard, for one (1) year from the date of the tape, the tapes of any race in which were lodged objections, inquiries or reports of accidents and make the tapes available for inspection by officials of the association and the commission. Equipment for replay of the tapes shall be placed in the judges’ stand and in the judges’ office.
