PURPOSE: This rule requires a first condition book and additions to the condition books.

1. (1) The association, at least one (1) week prior to the opening of each meeting, or as soon as it is published, shall furnish to the commission a copy of its first condition book. Additional condition books or sheets shall be furnished to the commission as soon as published.
