PURPOSE: This rule requires publication of certain information in the daily racing program.

1. (1) Each licensed association shall list the following on the daily racing program:
2. (A) The name of the governor;
3. (B) The names of the commissioners and the commission’s executive director; and

4. (C) The address of the commission’s office.
