PURPOSE: This rule sets forth the requirements for stands for officials at association tracks.

1. (1) Each association shall provide and maintain stands commanding an uninterrupted view of the entire racing strip for racing officials; the stands and their location shall be approved by the commission. Patrol judge stands shall be constructed so the floor shall be at least six feet (6’) higher than the track rail.
