Ejection

PURPOSE: This rule requires associations to honor ejection orders of the commission.
- (1) Associations are obliged to honor commission ejections and exclusions and to immediately eject any person found on track premises who is under an ejection order by the commission.
- (2) Whenever any association shall eject any person from the premises under this rule or otherwise, it shall report the ejection to the commission.
