PURPOSE: This rule sets forth requirements for eligibility in the breeders’ fund.

1. (1) Unless the breeder or owner of a Missouri-bred horse has registered same with the Missouri Horse Racing Commission and attested that the horse is a Missouri-bred, that horse is ineligible for entry in races for Missouri-bred horses. The breeder of that horse will not be entitled to Missouri-bred breeders’ awards for that horse. The owner of that horse will not be entitled to Missouribred owners’ awards for that horse. The owner of the sire of that horse will not be entitled to Missouri-bred stallion awards for that horse.
